This is called Tanti Pois in Italian (that means Many dots) or Modisch Kombiniert. My hat is not the right one and there shoud be a dark blue purse and belt, but I have seen pictures with a red belt and also pictures with both red and blue shoes. It's the same model ad Mood Matchers
