Fashion Dolls late 50's - mid 70's

I just found this in USA, I was under the impression that this is an English doll but I'm not sure. Ruby Lane says:1960's Bonnie Blue Ribbon 17" advertising doll,  All jointed heavy vinyl, twist waist and made to promote the National Blue Ribbon Freezer Food Service. She is wearing original dress but the shoes are some I bought for Tyler Wentworth and Gene Marshall dolls and they fit perfectly.
