I'm not absolutely sure if this is correct, they are marked the same way but from the description in Marcie Melillo's Barbie book Dramatic New Living Skipper has light brown brows and that's the only difference I can see except from the hair color which is not mentions as anything but blonde.
Jeg er ikke 100% sikker på hvem der er hvem, men ifølge Marcie Melillos Barbie bog har Dramatic New Living Skipper lysere brune øjenbryn så jeg tror det er rigtigt.

I just got these dolls, the one to the left is the rare 1976 Fun Time Skooter, she is in need of a reroot and some color to the head, I will get there soon I hope. The middle doll I thought was Fun Time Skipper but she has rooted lashes so even though she is on a BL body she must be Partytime Skipper, my friend in Germany just told me she has seen boxes with Partytime Skipper with bend legs. The doll to the right is 1974 Fun Time Skipper.
