1961 Ken flocked hair in original outfit with box. Unfortunately some little girl's mother (I guess) put tape on the box and wrote "Karen's doll" and I simply can't get it off. Ken painted hair was also sold with this version of the original outfit but with a different box.
Uheldigvis har en lille piges mor (gætter jeg på) sat tape på æsken og skrevet Karens dukke og jeg kan ikke få det af. Ken painted hair blev også solgt med denne version af tøjet men ikke samme box.

Både Ken flocked hair og Ken painted hair blev også solgt med helt røde shorts såvel som røde med hvid stribe på siderne.
1962 1st version Ken. He has had a hair transplant as he was getting bald. At the same time he has had his hair dyed - he used to be a brunette.
I reflocked this doll and gave him a beard at the same time, I think he looks good this way.
1961 Ken flocked hair. The 2 blondes have most of their original hair, the brunette is re-flocked by me. Note that the brunette don't have as heavy eyebrows as the 2 blonde dolls.
De 2 blonde dukker har det meste af deres originale hår, den mørkhårede har jeg givet nyt hår. Bemærk at den mørkhårede ikke har så kraftige øjenbryn som de 2 blonde.

Ligesom de blonde er disse brunetter også forskellige når det drejer sig om øjenmalingen.

This picture showes Shortie to the left and a "normal" size Ken to the right. The difference is obvious.

1965 Ken bendable leg. Like with the top to the original outfit the brunette Ken actually shouldn't be shown as he is in bad shape but he is a good display doll - from a distance :).
Som med toppen til det originale tøj skulle den mørkhårede Ken heller ikke vises, han er i dårlig stand, men han er fin nok til at vise tøj - på afstand ihvertfald :)
